Alex Shelton is a technology talent and go-to-market advisor with over 20 years of global experience supporting technology vendors through critical growth phases. Based in Dubai for the past 18 years, he works at the intersection of talent, strategy, and growth, helping businesses successfully enter new markets, scale teams, and accelerate revenue. Alex is widely recognised as a trusted advisor to technology vendors across the Middle East, bringing deep regional insight and a highly partnership-driven approach. 

As Co-Founder of Hally, Alex is hands-on across both strategy and execution, partnering closely with founders, CROs, and leadership teams to build GTM-critical functions across sales, marketing, pre-sales, customer success, engineering, and product. His career spans senior talent leadership roles at Networkers International, Nokia’s Emerging Region, and the international expansion of Emerald Technology across the Middle East and Asia. An original and active member of the Pavilion Middle East Chapter, Alex is also an investor and mentor with a strong people-first mindset. Outside of work, he is a fitness enthusiast who values family, travel, and experiences that shape his global perspective.

Stuart is a technology talent and go-to-market specialist with over a decade of experience advising high growth software vendors on how to build and scale world class teams. He has developed a strong reputation in EMEA for partnering with founders and leadership teams to deliver bespoke talent solutions across GTM critical functions, supporting organisations from early stage start-ups through to global enterprises. Prior to launching Hally in 2019, Stuart spent nearly seven years working in the Middle East, including an opportunity to work directly with Alex at another headhunting organisation and build a business across the MEA region. It was during this time that the idea for Hally was formed, and following a short career break the company was established in both UK and UAE locations.  

Outside of work, Stuart is a dedicated father of three and an avid endurance athlete. He regularly trains for marathon and ultra-distance trail marathons around the world, bringing the same resilience, focus, and long-term thinking from endurance sport into how he builds teams, relationships and businesses.

Jon Shelton is a strategic operations leader with over 15 years of experience driving organisational effectiveness and operational excellence. Based in Dubai, he plays a pivotal role at Hally Solutions, ensuring the business operates efficiently and scales successfully across EMEA and APAC. Jon leads all non-sales functions including operations, finance, marketing, contracts and HR. He built the company’s operational infrastructure from the ground up, supporting its growth from start-up to trusted global partner for technology vendors. 

Known for his analytical, process-driven and people-centred approach, Jon focuses on building systems that empower teams, improve efficiency and enable sustainable growth. He works closely with founders and leadership to align strategy with execution, ensuring operational excellence underpins the firm’s continued expansion. Outside of work, Jon has a strong interest in personal development and life coaching, and is passionate about wellbeing, mindset and helping individuals unlock their potential. He also enjoys sport, travel and emerging technologies, exploring how innovation and new experiences can broaden perspectives and drive both personal and professional growth.
