Identifying the critical need to have talent acquisition made simple, fast, and authentic, Co-Founders Stuart Sutton and Alex Shelton collaborated in 2020 to launch Hally Solutions.
A distinctive technology consultancy firm, Hally Solutions has a vision to fuel the expansion of hyper disruptive start-ups, high-growth organisations, and global market leaders operating within the tech-ecosystem.

Stuart Sutton
Stuart launched Hally Solutions in 2020 alongside Co-Founder Alex, having previously worked together in Dubai recruiting into the technology field. Following an early career in broadcasting, Stuart has spent more than nine years working in the recruitment industry. Stuart is now UK based, and when he’s not working on the expansion of the business, you’ll find him out running on long-distance trails competing in Ultra marathons…100km as his furthest so far!
Alex Shelton
Alex Co-Founded Hally alongside Stuart in 2020 after a successful period of working together in Dubai. He leads the UAE office, business development and manages multiple accounts across EMEA. Alex began his professional career in Talent Acquisition at the tender age of 18 and holds more than 17 years experience supporting the tech industry. Alex loves throwing himself into new challenges, is an avid traveller, always chases the sun and is a fitness fanatic.
Jon Shelton
Jon joined in 2020, as Hally’s first hire, and is at the helm of all things non-sales, including and not limited to operations, finance, marketing, contracts and HR. Jon has worked in operations for more than 15 years, supporting the development of organisations and has finally transferred his expertise to the recruitment industry. Jon was a keen sportsman in his past and now spends his spare time enthralled with technology.
Matthew Pike
Matt is a Principal Talent Partner delivering and account managing across EMEA. He brings more than 10 years of global experience in recruitment to the team, supporting clients across the engineering and technology sectors. Matt has previously built successful teams as well as performed as an individual contributor. Matt is keen on fitness challenges and completed his first ultra-marathon in October 2021!
Dan Weeks
Dan joined the company as the first sales hire. He has since excelled at Hally, progressing from Talent Sourcer to Talent Partner. Dan has 3 years’ experience of talent acquisition within the technology industry. supports the delivery and management of clients across EMEA and APAC. Dan has played semi-professional football and claims to have scored a hat-trick at Wembley!
Dan Turner
Dan is a Talent Partner, delivering and account managing one of our flagship strategic customers. Dan has been working in recruitment for more than 10 years in the technology industry. He has specialised in executive search, contracting, and managed teams to successfully deliver to his clients. Having lived in both London and Dubai, Dan has a strong track record of working with global leading tech vendors across EMEA.
Darryl Marfo
Darryl supports the MEA region in talent acquisition. Before joining Hally, Darryl was a professional rugby player winning the English Rugby Premiership, LV Cup and European Challenge Cup. Coming from a professional sports background, Darryl’s drive and determination are key attributes needed to bring success to a fast-paced recruitment landscape. Darryl has caps for the Scotland national rugby union team and has been a matchday pundit on TV!
Maria Navin
Maria supports the UK team across the EMEA region as a Talent Sourcer. Before joining Hally, Maria worked with horses, competing in unaffiliated shows and helping with the welfare of RSPCA horses. Now eager to help as many people grow and develop by kickstarting their careers, Maria is enjoying the challenge the recruitment industry brings.
Dan Bonner
Dan is a Talent Sourcer based in the UK, supporting the EMEA region. He is new to the recruitment scene; but with more than three years experience in customer service, Dan has all the fundamentals to succeed within the industry. Dan is an avid football fan and enjoys going to the gym, something he has been doing consistently for the last five years!
